Reiki: Level 1

Description

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that brings balance and healing to the mind, body, and spirit. This simple and easy to learn technique is commonly used for stress reduction and relaxation. It is a safe and natural process for spiritual healing and personal growth that can be used by everyone.

The Crystal Shaman Level 1 Reiki Class is a practical, hands-on workshop that will awaken you to your innate healing gifts, activate the flow of Reiki energy, and support you in feeling confident in your ability to channel Reiki healing energy for yourself and for others. And, this being a Crystal Shaman Reiki class, this one-day workshop will be filled with both shamanic and crystal practices that can be brought into your new Reiki practice.

This is a day for reconnecting with yourself and discovering how to bring healing light to all aspects of your life . . . from your body, mind, spirit to your work, relationships, home, health, and soul purpose.

You will leave this Reiki 1 workshop excited and ready to bring these new practices into your everyday life!

During this two-day workshop, you will . . .

• Learn Reiki history, what Reiki is, and how it heals.
• Discover practical ways to bring Reiki into your everyday life.
• Explore how Reiki is already being used in both traditional and non-traditional settings.
• Connect with your energy body and discover your energy flow as you learn about your chakras, how they correlate with the endocrine system, and how you can work with Reiki healing energy to affect change for the mind, body, and spirit.
• Receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement so that you can begin to channel Reiki energy to create healing within yourself and others.
• Experience deep relaxation and stress relief as you as you not only learn how to, but also perform a Reiki healing session on yourself and others.
• Receive a course manual.
