As we step into our journey of healing and transformation we begin to recognize how outside energy affects us, in particular how the energy, desires, or intentions can interfere with our ability to be fully present in our lives. We begin to recognize how important it is to maintain the health of our energy field. The Bands of Power support us in maintaining a strong energy field by connecting us with each of the elements and creating an energetic cloak of power and protection. This cloak supports us in identifying what is true to our energy field and what is the influence of another’s energy. The black band represents the earth. The red band represents water. The yellow band represents fire. The silver band represents air. The white band represents pure divine light. This painting reflects how each element works together to create an environment to support us in thriving in all areas of our lives.
