I hope your week is off to a great start.

We had some pretty fabulous weather yesterday. Koda and I took a long walk. My feet were donned with my favorite summer sandals. The sun felt good and the warmth felt amazing.

The energy over the past couple of weeks has been interesting. In some ways it has been challenging and in other ways it has been deeply insightful. I have found myself dancing between profound a-ha’s, feelings of exhaustion, brain fog, and having an incredibly active dreamtime.

During those times when I found the energy to be challenging, I noticed that many of my go-to practices for rest were no longer nourishing in the ways they once were. I found I needed to dig deeper and really filter the noise.

This meant more meditation, getting into the forest, shaking up my routines, and even hanging a camp hammock in the basement (I highly recommend this one 😉 ).

Over the years, I have come to know that when I am called to shake up my practices, my soul is ready for a leap. I have also come to know that it is time to really filter external noise and bring my energy into deeper alignment.

In this week’s episode of the Meet Me in Sacred Space Podcast, I explore this conversation further and share with you one of my favorite practices for filtering the noise. Sink into practice with me and listen in here:

Wishing you a joy-filled weekend!

with love,

Lori
