Over the past couple of months, as the Sanctuary Circle has evolved into the Crystal WisdomKeepers Circle, I have been sitting with the word Wisdomkeeper.
This word first entered my world nearly twenty years ago (2007 . . . goodness . . . is it really that long ago?).
I remember hearing this word, and it felt more like a transmission or activation. My entire body responded.
It was exhilarating . . . and, if I’m honest, a little terrifying. At the time, I didn’t fully understand why the word affected me so deeply, but some part of me recognized it.
It felt less like learning a new word and more like remembering something I already knew.
That feeling has stayed with me all these years . . . and now, as I lean deeper into the energy of that word, I want sink into a bit of a conversation about what this has come to mean and how you may recognize this in yourself.

A Wisdomkeeper is someone who walks with wisdom . . . someone who can listen within, cultivate a harmonious and meaningful relationship with self, the Earth, Spirit, and alchemize their life experiences into wisdom.
This is not about having all of the answers . . . but it is about slowing down enough to listen closely and honor the ways your voice of inner wisdom is guiding you, always.
Wisdomkeeping is a practice.
It is the willingness to listen, get curious, discern what is true, honor what life has taught you, and to allow the wisdom you carry to become part of how you live.
