The forest is beginning to shift with the season. All around the lake, soft touches of fall color are emerging . . . from bright reds, to warm oranges, and golden yellows, little hints of what’s to come.
Fall is one of my favorite times of year. It’s a season of harvest, a time to pause and reflect on how the seeds we planted earlier in the year have grown, blossomed, and borne fruit in ways both expected and surprising.
As we near the fall equinox on Sunday, the 21st, I’ve been reflecting on the theme of light . . . how we hold it, how we share it, and how we anchor it in times of change. Anchoring our light on Earth and holding a heartfelt vision for the future feels especially important right now.
