Since 2011 I have been making an annual February pilgrimage to Tucson, Arizona for the Gem & Mineral Show. This show is a favorite of mine for so many reasons . . . it is an opportunity to connect with other crystal lovers, a break from the cold Wisconsin winter, time to replenish my jewelry supplies, and to be surrounded by Mother Earths treasures sourced from all over the earth at the worlds largest gem show. All and all, I just love this show. If going to it is something you have been considering, I would encourage you to put it on your calendar, plan ahead, and join the crystal lovers from all over the world who make the pilgrimage!

Each year I try to add a little nature time, side trip, or time in Sedona . . . this year I spent 4 days in Sedona soaking up the yummy heart centered red rock vibes. It was fantastic. I made time for meditation, hiking, great food, and of course ceremony!

I so enjoyed my time in Sedona, but oh my goodness I was eager to get to Tucson this year. I could feel the jewels calling to me before I even left Wisconsin and the closer I got, the louder their calls felt. I only had about two full days of shopping, exploring, and connecting this year so I fell a little short on videos and photos. But I did manage to pull together a little highlight video for here . . . I hope you enjoy!

After my shopping adventure I did a ceremony to activate the personalized medicine bundles I had an opportunity to create. I chose to do this ceremony at a place that was new to to me, Madera Canyon. My parents joined me for the ceremony and kindly snapped some pictures.

Every year I feel like there is a giant crystal family reunion happening in Tucson, and this year I was able to actually spend time with both my spirit family and my parents.

So all my jewels finally made there way back to Wisconsin this week! Yay! On Wednesday I spent the entire day unpackaging each of them and placing them in a beautiful arrangement on my dining table so they could be cleared with a special combination of sage, frankincense, and palo santo wood. And then charged in the moonlight on the eve of the full moon.

Oh my they are feeling fantastic and soooo ready to become part of medicine bundles and lots of other fun stuff!

My Tucson jewel purchases

My Tucson jewel purchases all gathered into one space to be cleansed and charged.

Of course I purchased a garnet the size of a baseball and a little pot of quartz points & gold . . . who doesn't need a little extra passion and good luck?

Yep . . . I brought home my a little malachite heaven!

And I replenished my smudging supplies . . . Did you know there is a shortage of white sage? A little something I learned when I stopped by my favorite sage vendor and he was sold out.

If you made it down to Tucson this year, I would LOVE to hear, in the comments below, one of your Tucson Highlights!

Wishing you a beautiful week!
